Delivery

  • We’re happy to combine shipping. First item cost (whichever is the highest, they can be $6,or $12 depends on your purchase) plus $1.00 per additional item.

Returns

Due to the hygiene reason, no returns will be accepted except the quality problem. So please check everything carefully before making the order. We'll be very happy to assist on the sizing and colour etc. Just send us an enquiry email: info@lovesimple.life

We want all our customers to be satisfied with our products. If there is quality problem, please contact us immediately. A notice of email will be preferred, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

Please return the unused product(s) in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund. 

For health reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on the purchase of underwear or earrings unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST IS ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).
